RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

Unique Apparel Solutions (UAS) has a 30-day return and exchange policy on non-decorated merchandise. You may return non-decorated merchandise to UAS within 30 days upon the receipt of your product. Any item that has been washed or the original manufacturer tags have been removed will not be taken back. Refunds will be applied to original credit card used at the time of purchase.

All decorated merchandise is custom, made to order. All sales are final on any item that is decorated. If you have any sizing questions, please refer to the site Sizing Charts or contact us with any questions before you place an order.

Postage will only be refunded on returns due to defective merchandise or an error in shipping. Postage will not be refunded on returns due to personal dislikes or sizing problems. In the event that the style being returned is no longer available for exchange, a product of equal value may be provided.

UAS will only honor returns/exchanges on orders placed directly on our websites. UAS will not honor returns/exchanges on merchandise purchased at other retail locations and/or websites. The exchange must be for the same product, or a product of the same value. Shipping charges will only be covered by UAS in the event of a return or exchange of a defective product, or a shipping error.

Gifts may be exchanged only if original manufacturer tags are attached and the product has not been washed or worn. In the event that the style being returned is no longer available a product of equal value may be substituted.

Please be sure to follow washing and handling instructions carefully as UAS does not give returns or exchanges due to mis-washing of products.
